Ramblings: Low Buy

Hello darlings! So I thought I'd give you guys a heads up, I'm going on a low buy of sorts. It's not that my collection is so huge I need too; however I'm trying to save up to go to IMATS NYC next year. :) So there will probably be fewer reviews on here, although I will probably buy at least one new thing a month so don't get too disappointed. That being said, I'm going to do way more tutorials to make up for it.
